The Pyramid of Passion Spread consists of 10 positions formed in the shape of a pyramid:
The first card, located at the very tip of the Pyramid, called the “Pyramidion” represents your love life situation as it is right now.
The second row right below, known as the “Upper Pyramid” consists of positions 2 and 3 which deals with conceptions about love that you have adopted earlier in your life.
The third row, the “Lower Pyramid” includes positions 4, 5 and 6 and is simply said past-present-future. This is usually where most pyramid spread ends.
The Pyramid of Passion is critically different from any other Pyramid spread, because I added one more base layer, the “Foundation Layer”. And this last layer contains the most important four positions 7, 8, 9 and 10 that provide you with advice on how to best deal with the obstacles you might be facing and what is needed to shift the direction of your love life.

What events you’re currently facing and what you should have in mind in order to deal with the situation in the best possible way. It may depict certain people involved in your love life or issues you are facing right now.
Card #6 – What happens if you continue on the same path: Provides clarity and insights into what is ahead of you and where things will lead you if you keep doing the same thing you’re doing right now. Warns against future difficulties, but also states where the cause for these difficulties lies.
And Finally, The Foundation Layer
Card #7 – What you need to work on: This position determines which part of your love life needs work and efforts invested in it. It speaks about what actions or changes in your behavior you should adopt in order to achieve better results than the ones predicted by card #6.
Card #8 – Who or what can help you: Brings your attention towards possible help with your issues or available character strengths you can use in order to improve your love life. This can be either someone from your surroundings who has the power to exercise positive influence over your love life or personal traits of yours that can be used for advancing towards the love experience you’ve always wanted.
Card #9 – Who or what you should avoid: This card helps you clarify what is not working well in your love life or relationship. If a court card lends in this position, it will refer to a type of person you should avoid getting close with if you don’t want to be disappointed. If it’s not a court card, then it shows personal habits in relationships or when picking a potential new partner that are hindering you.
Card #10 - Summary and final advice: Provides guidance and insights into what is the most beneficial course of action for you, what needs to be done in order to succeed in love and sums up the general advice of the reading for you.
